Since 25 years,

We improve Customer Relations

A team of experts in their customer relations profession with a high level of skills and sharing the same culture and the same values constitutes the driving force of Logepal.

Our history

Since 1995, LOGEPAL has been published by Activeo “Software Applications”.

The solution aims to provide added value to all stakeholders involved in customer relations. Praised by the market for its agility and openness, LOGEPAL has continued to improve functionally to offer a dynamic and modern interface intended for professional and technological populations, sedentary and nomadic.

In 2008, Activeo’s capacity for innovation was recognized by Bpifrance (formerly Oséo Anvar), Activeo having obtained the “Innovation” label as part of the “RefleXion” software development project.

Activeo teams are involved in all phases of a project, from specification to implementation, training, support, maintenance and managed services. The solution is deployed in France and internationally.

In 2020, LOGEPAL announced its transition to the Cloud.

With the SaaS model, you can access your software remotely via an Internet connection, for an annual subscription lasting 1, 3 or 5 years. There are many benefits to working with a SaaS solution, including an all-inclusive subscription, the ability to work mobile, easy collaboration, data security, cost control and environmental benefits.

LOGEPAL offers its skills, methodologies, best practices and resources to guide you in the choice and implementation of this new mode of operation within your customer relationship management organization.
