Our training offers the alternation of theoretical contributions and practical workshops to facilitate the adoption and operational mastery of the solution. Our trainers are functional and technical experts who master the customer relationship environment. Their field experience as well as their pedagogical qualities are a guarantee of quality for training.

The training sessions are intended for a large operational and/or technical audience, beginners and/or experienced. To guarantee the quality and interactivity of the sessions, we recommend a maximum of 8 trainees per face-to-face or remote session.
